Bo Zhu, age 38, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Director. He has held the CEO and director positions since October 2023 and has been Chief Strategy Officer since May 2021. Dr. Zhu has a PhD in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang University (2013) and has experience in blockchain technology and high-performance computing research. He was an assistant researcher at Zhejiang University from 2013 to 2017 and has been the sole director of HongKong Kisen Co., Limited since November 2019.
Yufeng Mi, age 48, is the Chief Technology Officer, a role he has held since January 2016. He co-founded AGM Beijing and Beijing Miteke Technology Co. Ltd. From 2011 to 2015, he was IT department manager at MeiZhi Huangqiu Beijing Technology Co. Ltd. Mr. Mi holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Université Pierre et Marie Currie, a master's degree in finance from Université Dauphine, and a bachelor's degree in communication technology from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is a Certified Financial Analyst (level 1) and Financial Risk Manager.
Jialin Liu, age 66, has been an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee since March 2017. He is Chairman of the Board of Profit Well Gold Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. since 2006 and holds a bachelor's degree from Central University of Finance and Economics.
Yue Wang, age 53, serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee since March 2025. She has experience in hotel management, budgeting, operations, personnel management, accounting, financial risk control, and financial report analysis. Ms. Wang has been general manager at Jilin Zongbo Investment Co., Ltd. since June 2023 and was general manager at Changchun Home Inn from January 2013 to June 2023. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting computerization from Jilin Radio and Television University (1994).
Fangjie Wang, age 34, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee since January 2019. She specializes in accounting and internal control systems. Ms. Wang has been Audit Manager at Beijing Hua Long Ding Jia Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd since March 2018 and previously worked at Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants LLP. She has teaching and internship experience. She holds a master's degree in Management from Guangxi Normal University (2016) and a bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Hubei University.
Yafang Wang, age 47, serves as Secretary of the Board.
