Khalid Assari, age 63, serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board. He has been CEO of the Company and Forafric Morac since February 2025 and Chairman since April 2025. His career includes senior roles at Caisse de Dépôts (CDG Group), real estate and agribusiness investment in Morocco (2020–2024), and CEO of Forafric Morocco (2016–2018). He holds an MBA in finance from Old Dominion University.
Julien Benitah, age 44, has been CFO since June 2022 and CFO of FAHL since March 2018. He has also served as CFO of Forafric Maroc since March 2018 and M&A Director since October 2015. Previously, he was COO of Ycap Asset Management (now Homa Capital) from 2016 to 2017 and Partner/COO of Smart Equity from 2011 to 2015. He holds a master's degree in management from EM Lyon and operates from Forafric Maroc headquarters.
Mustapha Ghazali, age 55, has been CTO since June 2022 and CTO of Forafric Maroc since June 2018. He was plant manager at Tria Group from 2013 to 2018 and Technical Director from 1996 to 2012. He was educated at the University of Economics of Casablanca and holds degrees from the National School of Milling and Cereal Industries in Casablanca and Paris. He operates from Forafric Maroc headquarters.
Oury Marciano, age 42, is VP Business Development of FAHL since July 2016 and a Board member since June 2022. He previously worked as an analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (2009–2011) and managed a real estate acquisitions business from 2012 to 2016. He holds a master's degree in Banking Finance and Insurance from Dauphine University and an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. He operates from Forafric Maroc headquarters.
