Yi Lu, Ph.D., age 59, has served as Chairman of the Board since November 2022 and Chief Executive Officer since March 2024. He has held leadership positions at Advanced Biomed Taiwan, HFC Semiconductor, Nextchip Semiconductor Corporation, Cypress Semiconductor, and Cascade Semiconductor. Mingze Yin, age 35, has been Chief Financial Officer since November 2022. He has over 11 years of experience in finance and investment banking and currently serves as CFO of Shanghai Sglcell Biotech Co., Ltd. His previous roles include positions at Shanghai Guangdian Asset Management Co., Ltd., TMSR Holding Company Limited, Planet Green Holdings Corp., Zhongshan Securities Co., Ltd., and BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants LLP. Steven I-Fang Cheng, Ph.D., age 44, has been a Director since November 2022 and Chief Technology Officer since May 2025. He co-founded Advanced Biomed Taiwan in 2014 and specializes in biomicrofluidics, biosensors, cancer diagnosis, and biomedical applications. Jing Zhang, age 46, has served as Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee since February 2025. She has over 25 years of financial management experience and has been CFO of Shanghai Xun Yang Network Technology Co., Ltd. since July 2013. Cheang I Kei, age 29, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Mingyue Cai, age 47, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
