Peter Luo, Ph.D. is Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President of Research and Development, and Chairman of the Board. He has a background in computational protein design, founded Abmaxis Inc., and held leadership positions at Merck & Co. His education includes degrees from Peking University, the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the University of Chicago, as well as postdoctoral research at Stanford University.
Qinghai Zhao, Ph.D. serves as Chief Manufacturing Officer with over 25 years of experience in protein therapeutics development. His previous senior roles include positions at Forty Seven Inc., AnaptysBio, NGM Biopharmaceuticals, Human Genome Sciences, Cogenesys, and Teva Biopharmaceuticals USA. He holds degrees from Shanghai Chemical Engineering Institute, Shanghai Medical University, and the University of Uppsala.
Man Kin (Raymond) Tam, M.B.A., B.Eng., is Chief Financial Officer and Director with more than 20 years of finance and banking experience in the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked at HSBC and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and served as CFO at China Regenerative Medicine International Limited, Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited, and AgenTus Therapeutics, Inc. He is a fellow of CPA Australia, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds CFA and FRM charters.
