Bryan Donohoe has served as Chief Executive Officer since. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ACRE from 2011 until 2016. Before joining Ares, Mr. Donohoe was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of FinArc Investments, a real estate asset management firm focusing on high net worth investors. Mr. Donohoe began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, concentrating on private equity and hedge fund clients. Tae-Sik Yoon has served as Chief Financial Officer since. Prior to joining, Mr. Yoon was at Freddie Mac from 2008 to 2019, most recently serving as Vice President, Controller of the Single Family Business. Prior to Freddie Mac, Mr. Yoon was at Sallie Mae from 2003 to 2008, most recently as Director, Accounting and Reporting. Prior to Sallie Mae, Mr. Yoon was at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1999 to 2003, most recently as Senior Manager. Andrew Holm has served as Chief Investment Officer since. Prior to joining ACRE, Mr. Holm was at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where he oversaw a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including construction, bridge, and permanent financing for various property types. Prior to KeyBank, Mr. Holm was with Wachovia Securities and BB&T Capital Markets. Mr. Holm received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Georgia.

John Jardine is the President and Co-Founder of Landmark Partners, where he has worked since 1986. Mr. Jardine oversees the firm’s strategic initiatives and executive leadership team. Prior to Landmark, Mr. Jardine was a Vice President in Kidder, Peabody & Co.’s Investment Banking division, where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for media and entertainment companies. Mr. Jardine received a BA in economics from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Smith is a Senior Advisor and Director of Lazard Ltd, and has more than 35 years of experience in investment banking, including at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Bear Stearns & Co. Mr. Smith received his BA degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
