Barry Wan, age 54, has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since June 16, 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hefei University of Technology and a Master’s degree from Queens College, City University of New York. Mr. Wan has entrepreneurial experience in the science and technology, real estate, and insurance sectors in the United States and China. He founded REMAX People Realty in the 2000s and expanded into e-commerce, healthcare-related services, and business consulting in China during the 2010s. Dingshan Zhang and Jing Wan are noted as former Chief Executive Officers, with Dingshan Zhang also having served as Chief Financial Officer. All officers and directors serve one-year terms or until their successors are elected or they are removed by the Board of Directors.
