Florence Copper obtained a US$25,000 project loan from Bank of America for equipment, with advances received in 2023 and additional borrowings planned for 2025, carrying interest rates between 7.2% and 9.4%. Lease liabilities primarily pertain to mobile equipment at Gibraltar and Florence Copper, with repayment terms spanning 12 to 72 months. The company acquired Cariboo, increasing its ownership in Gibraltar to 100%, with consideration payable to prior owners Sojitz Corporation, Dowa, and Furukawa, including minimum payments and contingent performance payments linked to copper prices and revenues.
