On March 25, 2025, Natuzzi Americas, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary, sold property in High Point, North Carolina, to The Steel Vessel Corporation—an entity affiliated with the Company’s majority shareholder—for $12.1 million. Concurrently, the parties entered into a lease agreement for the same property with a term of nine years and nine months. In November 2024, Italsofa Romania S.r.l., the Company’s Romanian subsidiary, entered into a preliminary agreement to sell land near its plant in Baia Mare for €2.8 million.
