Ajinomoto supplied PGLG free for clinical trials and serves as the main commercial supplier, although no long-term supply agreement is in place. The company has also entered into an API supply agreement and a revised API agreement with Telcon, a South Korea-based company, to supply a portion of PGLG requirements over multiple years. An agreement among Ajinomoto, Telcon, and the company enables Telcon to purchase PGLG from Ajinomoto for resale. Manufacturing and packaging of Endari® comply with FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, which Ajinomoto and the packager currently meet. The company may pursue long-term agreements and alternative suppliers in the future.
