Encision Inc's Comment on Supply Chain


The company maintains supplier agreements with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and key hospital systems, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Vizient. The VA, the largest medical system in the United States, provides access to over 1,200 facilities. Vizient, which encompasses academic medical centers, pediatric facilities, community hospitals, integrated health delivery networks, and non-acute health care providers, awarded the company a Vizient Innovative Technology Contract for monopolar surgical instruments and monitors. The company markets its proprietary AEM technology and surgical instruments primarily to hospitals. Sales from reusable and disposable AEM products accounted for over 90% of total sales in the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company anticipates growth as more hospitals adopt AEM technology and increase usage of AEM instrumentation. AEM instruments are competitively priced relative to conventional laparoscopic instruments.
