(NASDAQ: CAR) has recently made an announcement regarding its private offering of additional 7.25% Senior Notes due 2030. The wholly-owned subsidiary of Avis Budget Group, Avis Budget Finance plc, priced the offering at 200 million aggregate principal amount of Notes. These Notes will be issued as additional notes under the existing Indenture, dated July 13, 2023. The previous issuance of 400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.25% Senior Notes due 2030 has also been executed by the Issuer. The newly issued Notes will have a maturity date of July 31, 2030, and are expected to close on May 21, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
