The company is organized into three strategic business units: Electrical & Electronic Solutions (EES), Communications & Security Solutions (CSS), and Utility & Broadband Solutions (UBS). The EES segment serves construction, industrial, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers, including diversified manufacturers, contractors, and engineering, procurement, and construction firms. Its applications include data centers, hospitals, public transit, wastewater treatment facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, and renewable and solar power plants. OEM customers span automotive, industrial, medical, transportation, marine, military, and communications equipment manufacturers. The CSS segment provides data center, network infrastructure, and security solutions to customers in over 50 countries, offering integrated services for data center design, development, operations, maintenance, and support, as well as network infrastructure products for commercial buildings.
