The company markets and sells PONVORY® in the U.S. and Canadian markets for the treatment of relapsing multiple sclerosis (RMS) in adults. PONVORY® received FDA approval in March 2021 and Health Canada approval in April 2021. The product was commercially launched in the U.S. in April 2021 by one of the Johnson & Johnson companies. Additionally, the company markets NEREUS™ in the U.S. for the prevention of vomiting induced by motion sickness in adults; this product was approved in December 2025. Motion sickness affects approximately 30% of the general population under typical travel conditions, including sea, air, and land travel. The company serves patients with multiple sclerosis and adults experiencing motion sickness as specific market segments. Customers and markets referenced include Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Janssen) and Johnson & Johnson.
