The company provides terminaling and storage services to producers, marketers, and refiners including Marathon Oil Company, ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, BP, Civitas, and Validus. It operates facilities in active crude oil producing basins, featuring ten crude oil pipeline injection truck stations primarily in the Permian Basin and two major terminaling facilities. These include the Colorado City, Texas facility, which operates under a long-term take-or-pay agreement with Jorgan Development, LLC; the Delhi, Louisiana facility, supported by minimum-volume and resale-margin commitments; and the CP Omega Terminal, connected to the Plains/P66 STACK Pipeline and the Cushing hub, providing fee-based transportation and terminaling services under long-term producer contracts. In August 2024, the company launched its Marketing and Trading segment, which manages the purchase, marketing, and resale of commodities such as crude oil, condensate, natural gas liquids, and refined products. This segment purchases from producers and counterparties and resells to refiners and end users. Additionally, the Remediation Processing Center (RPC) in Harris County, Texas, is scheduled to begin operations in the first quarter of 2026. The RPC will process oilfield waste and recover hydrocarbons for resale through the marketing division. The company serves market segments including producers, refiners, and end users across the value chain, with a focus on key basins such as the Permian, Eagle Ford, and Anadarko.
