The company provides fixed-line telecommunications services in Pakistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. It offers business-to-consumer and business-to-business over-the-top (OTT) services on mobile and fixed networks in Pakistan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan. Mobile telecommunications services include value-added and call completion services, national and international roaming, wireless internet access including 4G, mobile financial services (except in Bangladesh due to regulatory restrictions), and mobile bundles. In Bangladesh, the company is conducting national roaming trials with Banglalink and Teletalk. It holds interconnection agreements with mobile and fixed-line operators in Pakistan (including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan), Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Bangladesh. The agreements specify mobile termination rates (MTR) and international mobile termination rates (IMTR) for each country as of 2024 and 2025.
