UTI provides training programs for qualified transportation and skilled trades technicians in areas including automotive, diesel, collision repair, industrial machinery mechanics, welding, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, computer-controlled machine tool operation, aviation, robotics, marine and motorcycle maintenance, and wind turbine service. Concorde offers programs for qualified healthcare support occupations, covering registered nurses, medical assistants, dental assistants, practical and licensed vocational nurses, pharmacy technicians, occupational and physical therapist assistants, diagnostic-related technologists and technicians, clinical laboratory technologists and technicians, massage therapists, phlebotomists, and dental hygienists. UTI recruits students nationally and locally from high school, adult, and military channels, while Concorde primarily recruits adult students near its campuses. Both institutions use admissions processes to assess student suitability and provide support services such as tutoring and advisement to promote graduation.
