Warehouse/distribution facilities, typically leased to tenants requiring more than 10,000 square feet, represent approximately 80.5% of total annualized base rent. Flex facilities, serving tenants usually needing less than 10,000 square feet and comprising office and warehouse/manufacturing activities, account for about 3.4% of base rent. Transshipment facilities, including truck terminals that serve single or multiple tenants, contribute approximately 6.0% of base rent.
