Providers do not prescribe controlled substances in compliance with the DEA Ryan Haight Act. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the company reported revenues of $228.9 million and completed 1,617,000 sessions for Payor members. As of December 31, 2025, there were approximately 5,000 active Consumer members. The company is pending a merger with Universal Health Services, Inc., after which it will become a wholly-owned subsidiary and be delisted from NASDAQ.
