The average premium per policyholder in this segment was approximately $20,600 in 2025. The Standard Personal Lines segment represented 8% of total revenues and 8% of total NPW in 2025. It offers property and casualty insurance products and services mainly to individuals in 15 states, with an average premium per policyholder of approximately $4,100, excluding flood premiums. This segment also includes flood insurance coverage available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The company maintains relationships with a select group of distribution partners and focuses on providing an omnichannel customer experience.
