Operating across 41 states and territories, the platform enables institutions to provide business checking and savings accounts, cash management, savings and investment options, commercial lending, courier services, remote deposit, ACH payments, and wire payments to CRBs. Core services include regulatory compliance consulting and technology, cannabis-related deposit services, and lending services. The Safe Harbor Program supports onboarding, validation, and ongoing compliance monitoring to maintain KYC, AML, and BSA compliance for both financial institutions and CRBs. The company primarily works with financial institutions such as PCCU and has processed approximately $35.4 billion in cannabis-related depository funds, supporting clients through over 25 state and federal banking examinations.
