Revenue is derived from product sales—including satellite phones, tracking devices, broadband terminals, and related equipment—and recurring service revenue from satellite airtime subscriptions, messaging plans, and connectivity services. In 2025, Amazon accounted for approximately 31% of the company's total e-commerce revenue. Through its subsidiaries Global Telesat Communications Ltd (GTC), Orbital Satcom Corp (Orbital Satcom), and Outfitter Satellite, Inc. (Outfitter), the company provides Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) solutions to businesses, governments, military, humanitarian organizations, and individual users. These services encompass voice, data, personnel and asset tracking, Machine-to-Machine (M2M), and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity via Geostationary and Low Earth Orbit satellite constellations.
