It provides design, engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and repair services for electric transmission and distribution networks, substations, clean energy projects, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Its customers include investor-owned utilities, cooperatives, private developers, government-funded utilities, independent power producers, independent transmission companies, and industrial facilities. The C&I segment serves commercial and industrial construction markets in the United States and western Canada, offering electrical contracting services for data centers, airports, hospitals, hotels, stadiums, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, mining facilities, intelligent transportation systems, roadway lighting, signalization, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This segment typically operates as a subcontractor to general contractors or directly with facility owners and maintains a diverse customer base with many long-standing relationships.
