The Bank provides financial services primarily to the agricultural industry, offering loans for farmland, farm equipment, livestock, and operating expenses such as seed, fertilizer, and feed. It also extends loans for home improvements, vehicles including autos, trucks, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles. Recent loan growth has occurred in commercial and industrial sectors, including operating lines of credit, machinery purchases, and commercial real estate financing. The Bank operates three Loan Production Offices located in Ohio and Indiana. Its deposit services include checking, savings, and time deposits such as certificates of deposit. Most branches and other locations are equipped with ATMs and Interactive Teller Machines. Custodial services are available for Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Online banking features include bill payment, online statements, mobile banking for consumers, and electronic transaction origination for businesses. The Bank also offers remote deposit capture and continues to enhance its digital product offerings. Mortgage products include hybrid loans with fixed and adjustable rates. The Bank participates in secondary agricultural market programs through Freddie Mac and the Farm Service Agency (FSA), as well as Small Business Lending programs, retaining servicing rights on loans sold. Some longer-term fixed-rate agricultural mortgages are sold via brokers. Additionally, the Bank participates in three State of Ohio programs—Ag-Link, Grow Now, and Ohio Homebuyers Plus—that provide savings benefits to both the Bank and its customers. In the fourth quarter, the Bank acquired Perpetual Federal Savings Bank.
