The Ports and Terminals segment, which includes the Jefferson Terminal and Repauno segments, handles energy products such as crude oil, refined products, and clean fuels. The Power and Gas segment operates facilities including a 485-megawatt power plant at the Long Ridge terminal in Ohio. The Sustainability and Energy Transition segment invests in companies and assets focused on green technology and sustainable fuels. For the year ended December 31, 2025, revenue was distributed as 34% from Railroad, 19% from Ports and Terminals, 36% from Power and Gas, and 11% from corporate and other sources. The company targets sectors with long-term growth potential and seeks investment opportunities in distressed or undervalued assets or where active management can add value.
