The D2C segment functions as an innovation laboratory, offering chronic condition management and patient engagement solutions in the U.S. and select international markets. The medium-to-large employer segment targets organizations with over 1,000 employees, including three of the five largest global technology companies and one of the two largest U.S. employers, with 167 employer customers reported in 2025. In 2025, the company added 85 new accounts in this segment, launching programs covering approximately 107,000 covered lives. Several agreements in this segment include milestone-based and value-based pricing tied to member engagement and clinical outcomes. Health plan customers include five of the nation’s largest organizations, with a focus on behavioral health offerings for Medicare and Medicaid members, which is being leveraged to expand chronic condition solutions to these populations.
