The company owns 29 premium jack-up rigs focused on the shallow-water market, primarily used for development drilling of oil and gas wells. Its customers include integrated oil companies, state-owned national oil companies (NOCs), and independent oil and gas companies. The company operates in major oil-producing regions such as Southeast Asia, West Africa, the Americas, the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe. It contracts its rigs mainly on a dayrate basis for drilling wells. The fleet has expanded through acquisitions from Hercules British Offshore Limited, Transocean Inc., PPL Shipyard Pte Ltd., Paragon Offshore Limited, Seatrium New Energy Limited, BOTL Lease Co. Ltd., and Noble Corporation, as well as through newbuild rigs delivered from shipyards.
