The company provides cloud-based services for remote monitoring and management of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations through the Blink Network, which offers EV drivers access to station information. It operates under three business models—Blink-owned turnkey, Blink-owned hybrid, and host-owned—distinguished by ownership and cost responsibilities shared between the company and Property Partners. Through its subsidiary Envoy Mobility, the company manages car-sharing programs. It has formed strategic partnerships across multiple industry sectors and transit or destination locations, including shopping centers, airports, auto dealers, healthcare and medical facilities, hotels, mixed-use developments, municipal sites, multifamily residential and condominiums, parks and recreation areas, parking lots, restaurants, retailers, schools and universities, stadiums, supermarkets, transportation hubs, and workplace locations. In May 2025, the company launched the BlinkForward Initiative aimed at enhancing profitability and operational efficiency, which includes workforce reductions.
