We have a portfolio of oil, NGL and natural gas sales contracts with large, established refiners and utilities. Our sales contracts are sold at market-sensitive or spot prices. Because commodity products are sold primarily on the basis of price and availability, we are not dependent upon one purchaser or a small group of purchasers. Our largest purchasers were Shell Trading (US) Company (“Shell Trading”).
