The Company provides stereotactic radiosurgery and radiation therapy services to cancer patients through medical equipment leasing and direct patient services. It leases equipment such as Gamma Knife and PBRT systems primarily to medium-sized medical centers and free-standing radiation therapy facilities. The Company owns and operates two Gamma Knife facilities in Peru and Ecuador and expanded in 2024 by adding four direct patient radiation therapy centers, including three acquired through the RI Acquisition and one in Puebla, Mexico. Customers under leasing agreements include Southwest Texas Methodist Hospital, Central Mississippi Medical Center, OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Albuquerque Regional Medical Center, Northern Westchester Hospital, PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend, Orlando Health Cancer Institute, and Methodist Hospital. Leasing contracts typically have a duration of ten years and utilize fee-per-use or revenue-sharing payment structures.
