Array Digital Infrastructure Inc's Comment on Sales, Marketing and Customers

Array provides leasing space on its communications infrastructure by installing network equipment on its tower structures. Its primary tenants are T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. The company's towers are situated in rural, suburban, and urban areas within its operating communities. Array maintains long-term Master License Agreements with its major customers, which establish defined lease terms and escalators. Demand for tower infrastructure is driven by mobile data consumption growth. Array's towers have a lower tenancy rate compared to other operators, offering substantial leasable space. Operating expenses include ground rent, tower maintenance, utilities, property taxes, and insurance. Selling, general, and administrative expenses cover employee-related costs, bad debts, consulting fees, and expenses associated with winding down wireless operations. The company's strategy involves ongoing collaboration with T-Mobile to implement provisions of the long-term Master License Agreement and to execute committed site lease agreements.
