Care Health Plan), EmpiRx Health LLC, and the County of Alameda, California. UpHealth sold Cloudbreak and its subsidiaries to Forest Buyer, LLC, an affiliate of GTCR LLC. Following the sale, UpHealth focuses on its Services division, which provides behavioral health services through TTC. TTC employs various healthcare professionals to deliver care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The Services platform offers behavioral health and pharmacy services in the United States, with an emphasis on whole person care and cost management.
