AG, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles ("FCA"), Ford Motor Company ("Ford"),
General Motors Company ("General Motors"), Honda Motor Co., Ltd ("Honda"),
Jaguar Land Rover plc, Nissan Motor Company, Ltd., Porsche AG, Subaru of America,
Inc., Tesla Motor Inc., Toyota Motor Corporation and Volvo Car Company. Tier 1
