The company owns and operates one treatment center under the SBC brand in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and previously managed one SBC-branded treatment center in Irvine, California, which closed in May 2025. It holds a minority equity interest in OT Midco, which operates 24 treatment centers in the United States under the OrangeTwist business. The treatment centers offer surgical and non-surgical medical services, including cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and dentistry, with procedures such as breast augmentation, liposuction, rejuvenation treatments, laser skin toning, rhinoplasty, hair transplants, laser hair removal, cosmetic dental procedures, and lasik eye surgery.
