The NWN Gas Utility business serves residential, commercial, and industrial customers, with residential and commercial customers accounting for approximately 60% of volumes and 91% of margin, and industrial customers comprising the remainder.
NW Holdings operates three reportable business segments: NWN Gas Utility; SiEnergy, which serves customers in Texas through gas distribution and transmission; and NWN Water, which provides regulated water and wastewater services as well as unregulated wastewater operations in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Texas.
