The company's go-to-market strategy focuses initially on cargo and logistics, military applications, and medical industries before targeting passenger operators. The ALIA CTOL electric aircraft has operated in North America, Europe, and New Zealand, including completing the first all-electric passenger flight into John F. Kennedy International Airport. The aircraft has been used by the U.S. Military for training and flown by the FAA. The company has conducted cargo and logistics demonstrations with medical partners and customers such as UPS and United Therapeutics Corporation. The ALIA VTOL variant offers operating cost reductions of 42% compared to conventional fixed-wing aircraft and 74% compared to traditional helicopters, attributed to its simplified design and reduced maintenance requirements.
