His previous executive roles include CEO of MX1, CEO of RR Media, President and CEO of Orbit Technologies Ltd., COO of ECI Telecom Ltd., and executive positions at KLA and Octel Communications. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and applied physics from Case Western Reserve University.
Jordan Fried, age 36, has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of ZOOZ since July 2025. He is Chairman of Immutable Holdings Inc., a founding member of the Hedera Hashgraph network, and co-founder of Buffered VPN. He studied International Business at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Christine Y. Zhao, age 53, has been a Director of ZOOZ since April 2024 and serves as CFO of Kyber Cross-border Technologies. Her previous roles include CFO of ShopBack and AlTi Global Inc., board positions in several SPACs, Governance & Nomination Committee Chair of BeyondSpring Inc., CFO of Best Inc., Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Executive Director at JPMorgan.
Ruth Smadja, age 51, is Chief Financial Officer of ZOOZ.
