1. Xiao Wenjie, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Xiao Wenjie co-founded X Financial in 2015 and has served as the company's CEO since its inception. Before that, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Renrendai.com, an online lending platform, from 2010 to 2015. Wenjie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
2. Feng Yijun, Chief Financial Officer
Feng Yijun joined X Financial as the Chief Financial Officer in 2018. Before that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Qudian Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 15 years of experience in the financial industry. Yijun holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Renmin University of China and a Master's degree in Accounting from the City University of New York.
3. Tan Jie, Chief Operating Officer
Tan Jie joined X Financial in 2016 and has been the company's Chief Operating Officer since 2019. Before X Financial, Tan Jie served as the General Manager of the Data and Analytics Division of Guangzhou Zhengtong Finance Technology Co., Ltd. for five years. He also worked at Tencent as a Senior Data Mining Engineer. Tan Jie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Guangdong University of Technology and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University.
4. Xu Ning, Independent Director
Xu Ning has served as an independent director of X Financial since 2018. Before that, she was a partner of TPG Capital, where she focused on investments in the financial services sector. Xu Ning holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Peking University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
5. Wang Hao, Independent Director
Wang Hao has served as an independent director of X Financial since 2018. He is also the chairman of the National Internet Finance Association of China.
