Paolo Ardoino, age 41, has served as a Director on the Board since December 2025. He has been the CEO of Tether since December 2023 and is the CTO of Bitfinex. Ardoino has a background in distributed systems and cryptography, co-founded Keet, and has over 20 years of experience in technology engineering and research. Zachary Lyons, age 35, has served as a Director on the Board since December 2025. He is the Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Tether, leads Tether's venture investment arm, and is Principal of Marlin Capital Partners. Lyons has extensive experience in financial and capital markets and has been a CFA charter holder since 2019. Robert “Bo” Hines, age 30, has served as a Director on the Board since December 2025. He is a legal and policy expert specializing in financial regulation, digital assets, and blockchain technology. Hines was Executive Director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets and is currently a strategic advisor for Tether. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. His expertise includes regulatory compliance, digital asset governance, and blockchain technology integration.
