Enric Asunción Escorsa, age 40, is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Board at Wallbox. He co-founded the company and has held the CEO and board member positions since 2015. Prior to Wallbox, he was Program Manager of Charging Installations at Tesla, Inc. from June 2014 to June 2015 and an engineer at Applus+ IDIADA from July 2011 to June 2014. He holds an Engineering degree from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
Luis Boada Ros, age 42, served as Chief Financial Officer of Wallbox from May 2024 to January 2026. He has over 17 years of experience in corporate development, finance, and investor relations. Before joining Wallbox, he was CFO for North America at Fluidra and held roles including Global Head of M&A and Investor Relations. He also led a global solar photovoltaic business unit for Abantia (now Dominion) and worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse in London. He holds a Business Administration degree from ESADE and completed the CFO Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Eduard Castañeda, age 40, is the Chief Innovation Officer and a co-founder of Wallbox. He has been Chief Innovation Officer since November 2022, previously serving as Chief Product Officer from 2020 to 2022 and Chief Technology Officer from 2018 to 2020. He was a technical director on the Board from 2015 to 2020. Prior to Wallbox, he worked as a Track Engineer at TPV Racing from 2005 to 2015. He studied Industrial Engineering at the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona.
