Qiuping Lu, age 53, has served as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director since September 2023. She was previously Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of China Herb Group Holdings from 2014 to 2019. Ruiming Zhou, age 57, has been a Director since September 2023. He graduated from the First Vocational School of Ba Meng, Inner Mongolia, and has been a director at Shandong Tengjunxiang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. since June 2017. Steve Niu, age 62, has been Chief Financial Officer since January 2024. He has served as President of Triangle Accounting, Inc. since 2001, focusing on U.S. federal and state taxation, international taxation, and foreign income consulting. He has also been a professor at Shaw University since 2001. Dr. Niu holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Carleton University, Canada, earned in 2001 and 1998, respectively, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Xi’an University of Science and Technology, obtained in 1984.
