7. Amalendu (Amal) Krishna - Independent Director: Amal Krishna brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, having held various leadership positions at General Motors and Delphi Technologies. He is also a member of the board of directors at IHS Markit and TPI Composites Inc.
8. Grace Lieblein - Independent Director: Grace Lieblein brings more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, having held various leadership positions at General Motors and Honeywell Aerospace. She is also a member of the board of directors at Southwest Airlines and DTE Energy.
9. Michael McLaughlin - Independent Director: Michael McLaughlin brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, having served as the CFO of several public and private companies. He is currently the CFO of Booz Allen Hamilton and also serves on the board of directors at Bridgepoint Education.
