Officers & Directors
Alexandre Mongeon, age 50, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since August 2014. He is a co-founder of the company with experience in marine technology ventures, specializing in innovation, sustainability, and global market growth. He led the development of the e-Motionâ„¢ electric outboard and the Ozark 2023 electric boat. Mongeon graduated from the School of Construction in Laval, Quebec, with a specialization in electricity.
Raffi Sossoyan, age 55, has been Chief Financial Officer since March 2024. He is a chartered professional accountant with over 25 years of multinational experience in accounting, finance, treasury, risk management, and taxation. Sossoyan held senior management roles at Velan Inc. and was CFO at Valtech Fabrication, Inc. He has served on the board of the Canadian Armenian Business Council since 2013.
Roger Moore, age 79, has been Chief Revenue Officer since June 2025. He is an entrepreneur and experienced boater who completed a 13-year, 42,000 nautical mile sailing journey around the world. Moore co-founded Quality Power and Sail, LLC in 2003, which later expanded into Nautical Ventures.
Daniel Rathe, age 36, has served as Chief Technical Officer since July 2025. He has over seven years of technical leadership in energy storage system integration and more than ten years of entrepreneurial business management experience. Rathe worked at Spear Power Systems from 2018 to 2023, managing manufacturing operations and serving as Global Service Manager for maritime energy storage systems, including projects for the Maid of the Mist electric boats.
Maxime Poudrier, age 34, has been Chief Operating Officer since August 2025.
Pierre-Yves Terrisse, age 57, has been a Director since February 2025. Steve P. Barrenechea, age 67, and Luisa Ingargiola, age 58, have been Directors since September 2020. Dr. Phillipe Couillard, age 68, has been a Director since September 2023.
