He worked at Banco Pactual from 1998 to 2009, initially in tax planning and later overseeing accounting. Prior to that, he was a financial consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ribeiro holds a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Universidade Santa Úrsula, an MBA in Finance from Ibmec RJ, and an Executive MBA from COPPEAD Graduate School of Business of UFRJ.
