1. Edward Pitoniak - CEO and Director
Edward Pitoniak has served as CEO and Director of Vici Properties since the companyes inception in 2017. He has also served as CEO and Director of Caesars Entertainment since 2020. Previously, Pitoniak was Managing Partner and CEO of Ellerbe Becket, a leading sports and entertainment design firm. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
2. John Payne - President and Chief Operating Officer
John Payne joined Vici Properties as President and COO in 2018. Before joining the company, he spent more than 25 years in the gaming industry, including as CEO of a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment. Payne has a B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
3. Mary Beth Higgins - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mary Beth Higgins has been with Vici Properties since 2017, serving as Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to joining Vici, she was CFO and Treasurer of Pepco Holdings, an electric utility company. Higgins has an M.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University.
4. David Kieske - Executive Vice President and General Counsel
David Kieske joined Vici Properties as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in 2017. He has more than 25 years of legal experience, including in-house counsel roles at various companies. Kieske has a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
5. Gary Carano - Director
Gary Carano has been a Director of Vici Properties since 2017. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caesars Entertainment. Carano founded Eldorado Resorts, Inc. where he served as Chairman and CEO for over 40 years. He has a B.A. in History from Loyola University Chicago.
6. Lois Wetzel - Director
Lois Wetzel has served as a Director of Vici Properties since 2017. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corinthian Colleges, Inc. and previously was a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Education Group, Inc. Wetzel has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
7. James Nelson - Director
James Nelson joined Vici Propertiese Board of Directors in 2021. He is a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Senator Investment Group, an investment firm focused on event-driven, distressed and special situation investments. Nelson has a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
