Mr. Soni is an executive officer entitled to 14 days of paid vacation per calendar year, prorated for partial years, and participates in other benefit plans. In January 2025, he was granted 120,000 stock options as a performance bonus for fiscal year 2024, which vested immediately.

He received a $78,080 commission during the period ended September 30, 2025, and was granted 500,000 options in July 2024 vesting over three years and 2,000,000 options in January 2025 vesting over three years. His consulting agreement terminated in August 2025, resulting in cancellation of all unvested stock options.
