Thomas Lingelbach, age 62, has served as Director, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Executive Committee since 2013. He has over 30 years of experience in the vaccine industry, including roles as CEO of Intercell AG and senior positions at Chiron Corporation and Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics GmbH & Co KG. He holds an M.S. in Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and completed a business administration program.
Peter Bühler, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer since January 2022. He previously served as CFO of Quotient Limited, Zaluvida Corporate AG, and Stallergenes Greer SA. He is a Swiss Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from SBS Swiss Business School.
Franck Grimaud, age 59, served as Chief Business Officer until June 25, 2025. He was CEO of Vivalis SA until its merger with Intercell AG in 2013. Since 2016, he has been Chair of the Governing Board of Fonds Pays de la Loire Participations and, since 2018, President of the Board of Directors of Atlanpole Biothérapies. He holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Licence AES from Université de Poitiers.
Juan Carlos Jaramillo, M.D., age 55, has been Chief Medical Officer since October 2020. He was Senior Vice President at Daiichi Sankyo GmbH from 2013 to 2020.
