Daqing Mao, age 57, is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of Ucommune International Ltd. He has held senior positions at China Vanke Co., Ltd., CapitaLand China Holdings, The Ascott Limited, Somerset Holding’s Limited, Nikken Sekkei International, and Thailand’s Saha Group. Mao holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Southeast University, a Ph.D. in management science and engineering from Tongji University, and completed post-doctoral studies at Peking University. Zirui Wang, age 35, has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 2023 and Chief Risk Officer since June 2021. He joined Ucommune in July 2016, working in risk control and legal departments. Wang holds a master's degree in law from Beijing Normal University and a legal professional qualification certificate. Wei Hu, age 51, has been a Director since June 2024 and Financial Reporting Director since July 2025. He has over 20 years of finance management experience, with previous roles at John Deere China, CTS Tianjin, Fiberweb (China) Airlaid Co., Ltd., and Honeywell Tianjin. Hu holds bachelor's and master's degrees in professional accounting from Nankai University. Zhimo Zhao, age 44, has served as a Director since November 2020, responsible for investor relations. He was formerly chief marketing officer and chief representative for East Asia at Eurofr Environment Tech. Ltd. Zhao holds a master's degree in management from the Australian National University. Jinghong Xu, age 62, has been an Independent Director since November 2020. He is chairman of Zhongguancun Longmen Investment Limited and was chairman of Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd. Xu has held various senior positions at Tsinghua University and holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Tsinghua University. Gray Zhu, age 51, has been an Independent Director since June 2024. Since June 2021, he has served as president of PharmaGend Global Medical Services Pte Ltd, vice president of Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd., and partner of Bay. Xiaodong Li, age 50, is the Chief Operating Officer. Former officers Jianghai Shen, Zhenfei Wu, and Yan Xu ended their roles as chief product designer, chief marketing officer, and financial reporting director, respectively, in 2025 and 2026.
