He has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and more than 15 years in management within the automotive and financial industries. Jia Li holds a Master of Engineering degree from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management, and a Master of Finance from Renmin University of China. Bingyi Zhao, age 43, is the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Youpin Automobile Service Group Co., Ltd. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector and has served as CEO of the company since July 2018. Zhao holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from East China University of Political Science and Law. Xiaochun Li, age 51, is an Independent Director with more than 20 years of experience in treasury management at international enterprises. Since October 2020, she has been the Director of Business Treasury at Nouryon Chemicals B.V. Li holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and an MBA from a joint program between Shanghai Fudan University and BI Norwegian Business School. Quanshi Chen, age 80, is an Independent Director and former professor and PhD tutor at Tsinghua University with extensive experience in automotive engineering. He has held multiple leadership roles at Tsinghua University and serves as the honorary director of the Electric Vehicle Branch of the Chinese Academy of Automotive Engineers. Jean Christophe von Pfetten, age 57, is an Independent Director.
