She holds Type 1 and 2 licenses from the Securities and Futures Commission and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. Jennifer Hoi Ling Tam, age 49, has served as Chief Operating Officer since February 1, 2021. She has over 15 years of marketing and operations experience in financial services and has been operation and settlement manager of ZYSL since May 2017. Her previous employers include Kaiser Financial Group Company Limited, MassMutual Asia Limited, and South China Financial Holdings Limited. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Higher Diploma in Business Studies.
