His prior roles include Chief Financial Officer of Burger King China and China Representative at Cartesian. He holds a bachelor's degree in international finance from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Dong Li, age 49, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2021. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting, investment banking, and corporate finance. Previously, he served as CFO of Ximalaya Inc., OneSmart International Education Group Limited, and Ecovacs Robotics Holdings Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Tsinghua University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Gregory Armstrong, age 48, is a Director and has been on the Board since May 2018. He is a Partner at Cartesian and was CFO and director of Cartesian Growth Corporation. His prior experience includes roles as an Associate at AIG Capital Partners and work at Broadview International. He holds a bachelor's degree.
